1. Handling inspection
A. check whether the appearance model conforms to the design, whether the surface treatment process is consistent with the design, and whether the overall effect reaches the expected effect.
B. check whether the structural model can be assembled, whether there is interference, whether there is design interference or model processing interference, and whether the model is consistent with 3D.
In the design of whether model C is reasonable and controllable, usually the standard tolerance is in the range of 0.5 to 1.5. The larger the product tolerance is, the greater the change of sheet metal parts is. Therefore, you need to specially point out what size is the key part, what needs to be done, what size needs to be controlled and displayed clearly in the model.
Are the number of accessories missing? Do not install them at that time.
2. Design inspection
A. after the appearance model is in hand, conduct design judgment, appearance inspection such as whether the appearance is beautiful, whether the disassembly proportion is coordinated, and whether the surface treatment is reasonable.
B. after the structural model is in hand, it is necessary to determine whether there are structural design defects after assembly, whether caused by model processing or structural design. For example, the snap ring is designed to be 0.4, which is very loose after actual assembly. Then it is necessary to determine whether the model processing is not in place, resulting in the reduction of the snap ring, so the snap ring is very loose, or the strength of the snap ring is too long and weak, which needs to be detected.
C. test the thickness of the material, as well as the deformation and strength of the plate. The assembly problems caused by the deformation of sheet metal parts should also be detected and considered. Is the assembly problem caused by machining deformation not considered in the design, or the product deformation caused by model factory machining?
