Step 1: material selection
To make a metal shell, first of all, the shell material needs to be selected according to the service environment of the equipment and the emphasis on protection requirements. Aluminum shell has the advantages of light weight, good heat dissipation, strong thermal conductivity and die casting, while the disadvantage is that its firmness is lower than that of iron shell and the price is also high. The iron shell is mainly galvanized sheet, which has the advantages of low price, durability and strong extrusion resistance. The disadvantages are relatively heavy, poor corrosion resistance and weaker heat dissipation than aluminum shell.
Step 2: cutting
Jiaruijie uses laser to cut the corresponding plate, and enables the laser cutter to cut the plane plate into the required shape through program setting. The advantages of laser cutting are also reflected in high speed, high efficiency, high accuracy and lower cost.
Step 3: bending and riveting
After the plate is cut, it is a simple bending and riveting link to bend the whole plate to form a shell shape.
Step 4: surface treatment
Then is the surface protection treatment of the shell, mainly including oxidation, plastic spraying, metal wire drawing and other methods to carry out anti-corrosion and scratch treatment on the shell.
Step 5: Print
Printing is the identification of enterprise logo or product information function for the shell. At present, jiaruijie adopts two methods: silk screen template printing and laser engraving.
Step 6: quality inspection and delivery
Jiaruijie adopts two quality inspection procedures. There is process inspection in each process to monitor all links of the exhibits. The completion inspection is required at the end of production. Scrap or rework defective products before delivery to achieve 99.9% qualified rate.
