快速成型技术是什么?

快速成型技术诞生于20世纪80年代末,它是一项集机械工程、CAD/CAM技术、逆向工程技术、分层制造技术、激光技术、数控技术和新材料等技术领域成果于一体的零件原型制造技术。通俗地说,快速成型技术就是利用三维CAD的数据,通过快速成型机将一层层的材料堆积成实体原型。它不同于传统的“去除”加工方式,它是采用新的“增长”加工方法,它的基本原理是将复杂的三维加工分解成简单二维加工的叠加,所以也称为“叠层制造”。它可以自动、直接、快速、精确地将设计思想转化为具有一定功能的原型或直接制造出零件,从而为零件原型制作、新设计思想的校验等方面提供一种、低成本的实现手段。快速成型技术的成型方法多达十余种,常用的快速成型方法有:激光固化成型(SLA);选择性激光烧结成型(SLS);激光层压成型(LCM);熔融沉积成型(FDM)。

Rapid prototyping technology was born in the late 1980s. It is a part prototype manufacturing technology integrating the latest achievements in the technical fields of mechanical engineering, CAD / CAM technology, reverse engineering technology, layered manufacturing technology, laser technology, numerical control technology and new materials. Generally speaking, rapid prototyping technology is to stack layers of materials into solid prototypes through rapid prototyping machines using three-dimensional CAD data. It is different from the traditional "removal" processing method. It adopts a new "growth" processing method. Its basic principle is to decompose the complex three-dimensional processing into the superposition of simple two-dimensional processing, so it is also called "laminated manufacturing". It can automatically, directly, quickly and accurately transform the design idea into a prototype with certain functions or directly manufacture parts, so as to provide an efficient and low-cost implementation means for the prototype production of parts and the verification of new design ideas. There are more than ten molding methods of rapid prototyping technology. The common rapid prototyping methods are: laser curing molding (SLA); Selective laser sintering (SLS); Laser lamination (LCM); Melt deposition molding (FDM).
