The hydraulic and pneumatic broaching mechanisms of the machine tool CNC machine tools are rather cumbersome. The mechanical parts processing plant has to install the broach cylinder at the rear of the spindle, and also install the spindle spray, spray and jet mechanism. The cost will be much higher in design and manufacture.
Manual model processing experts pointed out that for hydraulic loading, it is necessary to configure the claw. The pull rod from the front to the back is hollow, because it needs to consider the design of internal cooling of the spindle. The pulling claws are four claw petals pushed open by springs, which move back and forth on the inclined plane to achieve tightening and opening, so as to realize the loading and unloading of cutting tools.
In the practical application of manual model processing, the cutting tool is sometimes loose. If it is confirmed that the pulling nail of the cutting tool is not loose, the claw is loose. The operator can tighten it, but a small tool should be made by himself. Because there is a nut at the back of the claw to adjust the front and rear position of the claw, it can be tightened to make a long handle fork that can be tightened, so the problem is solved.
