1. As CNC handboards are developing towards large-scale, handboards of several tons to dozens of tons are very common. Therefore, it is required that the machine tool worktable can bear large weight, which requires that the equipment must have the characteristics of large load-bearing and high rigidity, and there must be a large enough table size and work schedule to adapt to it. On the other hand, the strength and hardness of the hand plate material are very high, and the small diameter end milling cutter with large elongation is often used to process the hand plate cavity, so the machining process is prone to chatter. In order to ensure the machining accuracy and surface quality of the parts, the high-speed machine tool made by hand plate must have high dynamic and static stiffness, so as to improve the positioning accuracy, tracking accuracy and anti vibration ability of the machine tool.
2. High speed and high-power high-speed machining is the development direction. The high-speed milling of handboard factory has shown great advantages in handboard machining. In order to adapt to the processing of the hand plate cavity surface, the radius of the cutter should be less than the small circle radius of the cavity surface, so as to avoid the interference between the cutter and the workpiece in the processing. Due to the small tool diameter, the spindle speed is required to be very high. The spindle speed of foreign high-speed machining machine tools has reached 40000 ~ 100000 R / min, and the rapid feed speed can reach 30000 ~ 60000 min. The rough and finish machining of the cavity and other parts of the hand plate parts is often completed in one-time clamping of the workpiece, so the spindle power is large. The spindle power of medium-sized hand plate milling machine and machining center is usually 10 ~ 40kW.
3. Multi axis linkage and good comprehensive cutting ability of deep hole cavity. Most of the hand plate cavities are composed of complex spatial six curved surfaces and grooves, and many hand plates have deep hole cavities. In order to achieve high precision, high speed and high stability of 3D surface machining, the machine tool needs multi axis linkage, and has good deep hole cavity comprehensive cutting ability. Five axis machining center can be used, in addition to the linear motion of three coordinates, there are two rotating coordinates of the feed motion. The milling head or worktable can rotate continuously by multi axis linkage, so it is suitable for machining hand parts with complex cavity surface.
