The basic principle of CNC machining is that the machining path given by CNC lathe refers to the path through which the turning tool moves from the tool setting point or the fixed origin of the machine until it returns to the point and ends the machining program, including the path of machining and the path of non cutting empty stroke such as cutting tool cut in and cut out, and the settings of these paths need to be set according to 3D drawings.
3D printing is a kind of digital model file based on which three-dimensional objects are made by printing layers of adhesive materials, such as special wax, powder metal or plastic.
At this stage, 3D printers are used to make products. The technique of building objects by printing them layer by layer. The principle of 3D printer is to put data and raw materials into 3D printer, and the machine will build products layer by layer according to the program.
The vacuum replica technology is to use the product prototype, such as rapid prototype, sample and hand plate to make silica gel mold in vacuum state, and use PU material to pour in vacuum state, so as to clone the same replica as the product prototype.
